These terms apply to orders placed with Pelivora Ledger at this website. Pelivora Ledger is an online retailer based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Placing an order

Adding items to the cart and completing checkout is an offer to buy. The order is confirmed when you receive the order confirmation email. If an item proves to be unavailable after that, we contact you and refund in full – see the Cancellation policy.

Product information

We describe each item from confirmed information only. Absent specifications are absent because they are not confirmed, not because they were overlooked. Photographs are representative; colour varies by screen and natural materials vary batch to batch. For a fit question, write to [email protected] – we can help you compare with the listed specifications, though we cannot warrant suitability.

Pricing

All figures are in Indian Rupees and subject to change. Your order is governed by the price shown at confirmation. Where a listing is directly mispriced we get in touch before dispatching rather than fulfilling at an incorrect figure.

Payment

UPI and Cash on Delivery only. We do not accept cards. Details on the Payment policy.

Delivery

Estimates, charges and the free-delivery threshold are on the Shipping policy. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guaranteed dates.

Returns

Window, condition and refund timelines are on the Return and refund policy. Pelivora Ledger does not offer a direct exchange.

Warranty

We add no warranty of our own on top of what a product carries. A warranty stated on a product page applies per its terms; Pelivora Ledger does not extend or replace it.

Tax

Pelivora Ledger is not registered for GST. Based on the business’s current circumstances, turnover stays below the applicable GST registration threshold, so GST registration is not applicable at this time. GST is not charged separately on orders, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN is issued. The price on a product page is the price of the goods; applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.

Assembly and load

Flat-packed furniture requires assembly. Shelf weight limits, where stated, come from the supplier. Secure tall units to a wall before loading them.

Use of this website

Text, photographs and layout on this site belong to Pelivora Ledger or are used with permission. Please do not copy them for commercial use. Do not attempt to disrupt the site or place fraudulent orders.

Liability

Consumer rights that applicable Indian law does not permit to be excluded remain intact irrespective of anything written here. Beyond those, and to the extent the law allows, our liability on a product claim is limited to what was paid for that product.

Governing law

Indian law governs, and the statutes most relevant here are the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP 2023). Subject to mandatory consumer rights and the applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction.

Orders should be placed by someone aged 18 or over, or with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Communication

The email address on your order is the address we use for confirmations, tracking and anything that needs an answer. Keep it accurate, and check the spam folder if a confirmation does not arrive.
