Payment policy

Payment at Pelivora Ledger is UPI or Cash on Delivery – a intentionally short list.

UPI

Choose UPI at checkout and complete the payment in any UPI app you use. The transaction is between the two banks; we do not handle or hold your PIN at any stage.

Cash on Delivery

Pay the delivery agent in cash when the parcel reaches you. There is no extra charge for choosing this. It works on eligible orders and PIN codes – a few remote areas are outside the COD network, and checkout will say so.

Cards

Cards are not part of the setup. We do not accept cards – credit, debit or saved – so there are no card details collected or stored here at all. Anything claiming to be Pelivora Ledger and asking for a card number is not us.

Currency and pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees and cover the goods only. Delivery, where it applies, is displayed before you finish checkout: ₹49 on orders below ₹999, free from ₹999.

Tax

Pelivora Ledger is not registered for GST. Based on the business’s current circumstances, turnover stays below the applicable GST registration threshold, so GST registration is not applicable at this time. GST is not charged separately on orders, and no GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN is issued. The price on a product page is the price of the goods; applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed.

Every parcel contains an order invoice. That document is not a GST tax invoice and does not carry a GSTIN.

Pack pricing

Pens and notebooks are priced per pack as listed, not per unit. Furniture is priced per unit, and delivery is charged on the order rather than per carton.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a UPI payment is debited but the order does not confirm, email [email protected] with the UPI reference and the time of the transaction. If the same order is paid for twice, the duplicate payment is refunded within 5 business days after we confirm the duplicate transaction.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the original payment method. For a Cash on Delivery order the refund is sent to bank or UPI details you provide. Timelines are in the Return and refund policy and the Cancellation policy.

What appears on your statement

A UPI payment shows against the account name registered for this store, which may read slightly differently from the shop name on this website. If a line on your statement is unclear, send us the reference at [email protected] and we will identify it.

Price changes after ordering

After your order is confirmed, the price on the confirmation is the price. A later change to a product page does not affect an order already placed, in either direction.
